- create new section in TCB - TaskManagement that contains a pointer for
next task (this pointer is handled by the scheduler).
- create hybrid task system - it will be used for equal priority tasks
management (unfinished yet).
- replace Preemptive_Scheduler by just Scheduler.
- now scheduler_update is responsable for running context switch while
scheduler_exec runs inside context switch.
- reconstruct the `Preemptive Scheduler`. Now it has a new Queue
management.
